is our non-contact fitness program and each session runs for 60 minutes. It is based on football specific movements with agility exercises, body circuits and ball inclusion to help promote, address and enhance individual health, fitness and well-being issues enabling all of our participants within the Academy to become active, and benefit from the organised fun sessions.

This introductory Active Program will help promote the necessary physical attributes needed to progress to our NESS Fit program, which is specifically designed for dedicated players aspiring to become greater athletes. Based on specific fundamental strength and conditioning circuit training, programs are created and delivered with truly enjoyable and measurable outcomes.

  • 60 min Physical Sessions
  • Aims are to increase players’ key physical traits in game related activities. (Speed, Agility, Power etc.)
  • Programs designed around the player’s strength and power capabilities inclusive of their balance/ flexibility needs. 
  • Sessions Grouped by individual athletic capabilities with **Bio Banding consideration.
  • Specialised sessions will be available to work in groups with a specific Coach or Instructor.
  • Activities will aim to incorporate the ball in some capacity.
  • Small Sided Games with Focus on High Intensity.
