Arranged Matches: (posted 26th May. 2021)

We would just like to thank everyone who took part in our arranged matches last night. All of the young players from both of the arranged games, showed great commitment, skills and respect for each other and the opposition, just great to see! Lots of learning, teamwork, sportsmanship and goals! This is the first evening of many games to be arranged in the near future and we would like to give a special thank you to Central Primary and their Coach Jarek too for giving such a great account of themselves in their play, and conduct with representing their school! We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
NESS Active: (posted 24th May. 2021)

NESS ACTIVE (commencing Monday, 31st May 2021)
is our new non-contact program that is based on football specific movements with agility exercises, body circuits and ball inclusion to help promote, address and enhance individual health, fitness and well-being issues enabling all of our participants within the Academy to become active, and benefit from the organised fun sessions.
This introductory Active Program will help promote the necessary physical attributes needed to progress to our NESS Fit program, which is specifically designed for dedicated players aspiring to become greater athletes. Based on specific fundamental strength and conditioning circuit training, programs are created and delivered with truly enjoyable and measurable outcomes.


Easter Program Week Two:

Please be aware that all COVID-19 Protocols are still being adhered to at tomorrow’s Easter Week 2 sessions, especially with regards to our important access and exit procedures to the facility.
The facility will be shared tomorrow with our friends at Highland Rugby who also have their Easter Camps commencing at the venue this week, and due to their popularity, it will be a busy area with regards to many young players, parents, car parking and coaching staff being in attendance.
Due to the great friendship and respect for each organisation, we have liaised thoroughly in a positive and productive manner, and are both confident that the procedures put in place will ensure the continued safety and well-being of both sets of participants when being adhered to by all attending the venue.

NESS Academy is adding to our current range of programs (with a view to incorporate and adhere to the latest Government Covid 19 Updates) initially for our Aspire Members only, with regards to Non Contact sport that will enable the youngsters to enjoy being active and focussing on increasing their fitness levels within the following session:
